Chris Medina shook up the “American Idol” judges last night with an emotional story and audition. The 26-year-old told Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and Randy Jackson about his fiancee, Juliana Ramos, who suffered a traumatic brain injury after a horrible car accident.
