“Derek’s Got Right Cure For Cheryl,” reads a headline in the National Enquirer, which goes on to allege that Derek Hough has proposed to gal pal Cheryl Cole. The singer and Britain’s “The X-Factor” judge, who was stricken with malaria earlier this month, was in dire condition at a London hospital when Hough allegedly popped the question. Really?
