Kate Middleton has been declared “Hat Person of the Year” by something called The Headwear Association.

In an online poll, the Duchess of Cambridge received an astounding 91% of the vote, beating Rachel Zoe (4%), Ne-Yo (2%), and 1% finishers Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars and Charlie Sheen.

Middleton joins previous “Hat Person of the Year” recipients Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt.

Founded in 1908, The Headwear Association calls itself the “oldest association in the hat trade.”

When she looks back on this time in her life, the Duchess will surely remember most fondly her defeat of Charlie Sheen and Rachel Zoe in a hat contest.

“Two and a Half Men” fans may have another season with Ashton Kutcher to look forward to.

The actor, who had signed a one-year deal after Charlie Sheen was fired from the hit series, said on Wednesday he “would be interested in doing more.”

Kutcher and some members of the “Men” cast and crew, including creator Chuck Lorre, discussed the show’s future at the Television Critics Association’s winter gathering in Pasadena, California.

“The deal that we structured for the show was kind of a test deal,” Kutcher explained, adding that “having a show people like and want more of, that will dictate my decision” on whether to continue.

During the show’s summer hiatus, Kutcher says he’ll film “a couple of movies.”

Kutcher’s return hinges on whether he and CBS can come to an agreement.

“Just as Ashton Kutcher replaced Charlie Sheen on ‘Two and a Half Men,’ has this young stud replaced Kutcher in Demi Moore’s love life?” asks RadarOnline, citing a composite photo of Moore and an unidentified young man inside a car.

Unable to answer its own question, or even supply the name of Moore’s supposed companion, the site writes, “We’re not sure, but given the actress’ past history of going for younger men, would it really surprise anyone?”

So, RadarOnline reports an unidentified ”young’un” may be her “new boy toy” because they were supposedly spotted in his SUV in Hollywood, but doesn’t even provide a picture of the two together?

Well, unlike that blog, Gossip Cop actually took the time to find out whether there’s anything romantic going on between Moore and her reported pal, as the drama-hungry site suggests.

There is not.

A source extremely close to the Margin Call actress tells us, “This is not true at all.”

RadarOnline is wrong again, but considering their track record when it comes to reporting on Moore’s love life, does that really surprise anyone?

We have no doubt that rather than spending their time fact-checking, the editors of RadarOnline will bombard us with even more e-mails complaining about how we bust them.

Is Denise Richards getting back together with Patrick Muldoon?

The Daily Mail is reporting that “Richards and ex-boyfriend Patrick Muldoon could well be rekindling an old romance.”

According to the tab, the pair was spotted having dinner on Monday night at the Beverly Hills restaurant Madeo, and looked like “they were very much on a date.”

The paper even notes that Richards was “dressed to impress” in a pair of “tight skinny jeans.”

So, is she reuniting with Muldoon?

Nope, and what the Mail neglects to mention is that Muldoon’s sister and her husband were also on the alleged “date.”

Regardless, a source close to Richards tells Gossip Cop, “They have been friends for forever,” and that any talk of a “rekindling” is “not true.”

Just two weeks ago, there were a slew of inaccurate stories that Richards was getting back together with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

New year, new Charlie Sheen.

“I’m not crazy anymore,” the actor announced at a Television Critics Association event on Sunday, explaining, “That was an episode.”

The “episode,” of course, refers to Sheen’s months-long, tiger blood-infused meltdown last spring that led Chuck Lorre to fire him from “Two and a Half Men” and the world to wonder whether the often-troubled star had finally spun totally off the rails.

Now Sheen says that’s all behind him.

On Sunday he said, “I think I’m a different person than I was yesterday. Everything is a lot more mellow and focused and much more rooted in reality.

Sheen’s traded in porn stars and drugs for quieter pursuits.

“I’ve been spending a lot of time with the kids, a lot of time with the family and I’m getting back into work mode,” says the actor, whose new FX show, “Anger Management,” will begin production shortly.

He says he’s not been in touch with Lorre, but hopes to “get some closure” with his old boss at some point.

1. Charlie Sheen vs. Chuck Lorre

Sheen took aim at the “Two and a Half Men” creator during his cocaine and porn star infused meltdown, ranting that Lorre was a “p-ssy punk that I’d never want to be like,” a “turd” and a “contaminated little maggot.” Sheen was subsequently fired from the sitcom, and Lorre later had his character killed off the show in a violent train accident.

2. Farrah Abraham vs. Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick

The “Teen Mom” star ignited the fight, tweeting, “Im Shocked Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant again, Did she not learn anything from TEEN MOM?” Kardashian and Disick, who are neither teens nor first-time parents, both fired back at Abraham, with Disick writing, “were not teenagers ya f*cking moron.”

3. Alec Baldwin vs. American Airlines

The actor was kicked off a flight in L.A. after refusing to stop playing “Words With Friends” on his cell phone. American Airlines later slammed him for his “extremely rude” behavior, and the Flight Attendants Union petitioned to have “30 Rock” removed from its in-flight entertainment offerings.

Maroon 5′s frontman called the network out on the eve of the Video Music Awards, tweeting, “the VMA’s. one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music. I’m drawing a line in the sand. f**k you VMA’s.” MTV tried to make light of the situation, but the singer wouldn’t back down.

6. Jonah Hill vs. Matthew Morrison

On “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” Hill said the “Glee” star embarrassed him at a Hollywood party. He jokingly challenged the actor to a fight, saying, “I’d like to see him sing his way out of this one.” Morrison later retorted, “I can sing my way out of it, and I can dance my way out of it.”

7. Daniel Craig vs. The Kardashians

The actor blasted the reality clan in an interview with British GQ, saying they behave like “f**king idiot[s]” and sell their privacy for money.

8. Marg Helgenberger vs. Justin Bieber

The “CSI” star said Bieber acted like a “brat” during his guest appearance on the show, recalling that he “locked one of the producers in a closet” and “put his fist through a cake that was on the cast’s table.” The Biebs responded merely by calling her decision to comment on him “lame.”

Meat Loaf unleashed a fury on Busey after he thought the actor stole his painting supplies on “Celebrity Apprentice.” The pair managed to resolve their differences, but the video of their spat will go down in reality TV history.

After Osbourne labeled Love a “crackhead” on “Fashion Police,” the singer fired back, claiming she had saved Osbourne from overdosing twice.

Shortly after punching her backup dancer for tattling on her during their tour, Lovato checked into rehab for “emotional and physical issues.” She later paid Welch a settlement, and admitted, “I was completely out of line.”

Charlie Sheen/WhoSay

Charlie Sheen’s recent holiday vacation with ex-wife Denise Richards has raised a few eyebrows.

The former couple took their two daughters, 7-year-old Sam and 6-year-old Lola, as well as Richards’ adopted baby Eloise, to a tropical resort for several days of fun in the sand and surf.

Now the Chicago Sun-Times reports that “friends are saying they think Charlie and Denise may remarry.”

“She’s the only girl who can deal with Charlie and who has come close to handling him — as much as anyone can handle Charlie,” a supposed Richards pal told the paper.

There’s just one small problem.

While it’s clear the stars are on good terms after Sheen’s tumultuous year, and they seemed to have had a nice trip together, they are NOT seeing each other romantically.

When asked on Twitter if she and Sheen were “back together,” Richards point-blank replied, “No, ” adding the trip was simply “family time.”

A source also tells Gossip Cop there’s “no chance” they would ever remarry.

A day after it was announced that Brooke Mueller would undergo outpatient rehab (at home), following her arrest for cocaine possession, Charlie Sheen’s ex has done an about-face.

In a statement to Gossip Cop, her rep says, “After further reflection and consideration, Brooke has decided to remove herself from the media spotlight and has entered a long-term in-patient treatment center where she can focus on her recovery without distraction. She has already arrived at the facility and, out of respect for her privacy, no further information will be released about her treatment. Brooke’s goal is to maintain her sobriety and she believes this is the best option to reach that goal.”

“Brooke will retain custody of the children, who will remain in their home and familiar surroundings and be under the care of their longtime nanny,” the statement goes on to read, adding, “Charlie and Brooke’s parents fully support her decision and everyone recognizes the importance of maintaining the children’s normal routine.”

Interestingly, Mueller’s decision to enter long-term in-patient rehab comes on the heels of Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin saying that a plea deal will not go down before or at her arraignment on December 19 in an Aspen court.

When Gossip Cop asked Mueller’s attorney Yale Galanter whether her checking into the in-patient rehab center was a legal maneuver in response to Mordkin’s no deal stance, we were told “no.”

In a new interview with TV Guide, Chuck Lorre says he had no choice but to shut down production on “Two and a Half Men” during then-star Charlie Sheen’s troubles, explaining, “You can’t do that much cocaine and work.”

“I didn’t want to be writing a sitcom while my friend died. Or worse, hurt someone else,” says Lorre.

He adds, “We couldn’t be complacent. There was a tragedy unfolding right in front of us. There was violence and blackouts. On a certain level, if you’re looking the other way, you’re responsible.”

Lorre also talks about bringing in Ashton Kutcher to replace Sheen.

“I thought, why not find out if we can do it? If we failed, what have we failed at? Making a sitcom? Then it became exciting. We got to do something none of us ever dreamed of doing: We got to end a series and start a new series in 20 minutes.”

Which celebrity would you least want to spend the holidays with?

The OMG! celeb site on Yahoo! polled more than 1,000 readers for a Hollywood Holiday Survey with the question, and the results are pretty entertaining.

Asked which star they would least want to take home for the holidays, 26% of respondents answered Snooki, with Charlie Sheen coming in at a close second with 20% of the vote.

Paris Hilton came in third with 13%, Chris Brown followed at 11%, and Lindsay Lohan, Courtney Love and Mel Gibson each received 10%.

Respondents were also asked which star they would most like to party with on New Year’s Eve, and Seth Rogen topped the list with 20% of the vote.

Also ranking high on the guest list were Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, who both received 19%, as well as Kim Kardashian with 13%.

Interestingly, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, who topped the least wanted holiday guest list, were also voted as celebs people most wanted to party with, with Hilton receiving 9% and Lohan at 7%.

Rihanna (6%), Pitbull (5%) and The Situation (2%) also made the want-to-party list.

Brooke Mueller is entering outpatient rehab following her arrest for cocaine possession, Gossip Cop has confirmed.

The regimen will entail random drug testing and round-the-clock supervision.

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife will be able to keep custody of their children under the arrangement.

In a statement to Gossip Cop, Mueller’s rep says, “Recognizing past attempts at treatment have not been successful, Brooke has decided to take a different approach to deal with her addiction. Brooke will be participating in a program during the day, and will be under expert supervision 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”

It continues, “In addition, Brooke has requested to be tested on a daily basis for cocaine and other illegal substances so there is no doubt as to her commitment.”

She’ll still have custody of sons Bob and Max.

“Brooke will retain custody of her children, both of whom will continue to remain at her home and be cared for by Brooke and their longtime nanny,” explains her rep, adding, “Charlie and Brooke’s family are all fully supportive of this decision and recognize the importance of maintaining the children’s normal routine.”

This isn’t Mueller’s first rehab experience.

Hopefully she finds the help she needs this time.

Brooke Mueller was arrested on suspicion of felony cocaine possession in Aspen, Colorado on Friday.

She was also booked on a misdemeanor assault offense after allegedly attacking another woman at a bar.

Mueller was released early Saturday on $11,000 bond.

She has a history in Pitkin County, where, over Christmas 2009, Mueller’s then-husband Charlie Sheen allegedly attacked her during a domestic dispute.

Earlier this year, Mueller attended her most recent of several stints in rehab for addiction to substances.

Charlie Sheen is the victim of a death hoax.

According to a gross prank from Global Associated News, “Actor Charlie Sheen is reported to have died shortly after a snowboard accident earlier today – December 1, 2011.”

The rumor is spreading on Facebook, Twitter and other social media.

Sheen is NOT dead.

He’s alive and well.

Sheen was also “killed” while snowboarding in December 2010.

Charlie Sheen is returning to TV this summer.

His show, “Anger Management,” based on the Adam Sandler-Jack Nicholson film of the same name, has been bought by FX.

So far, 10 episodes have been ordered of the comedy about a mellow guy who’s ordered to take anger management classes from a hothead therapist.

Sheen is set to star as the therapist, the role played by Nicholson in the movie version.

And here’s the best part — FX is also where Sheen’s last show “Two and a Half Men” is shown over and over in reruns.

At the time it was announced Sheen signed up for the show, the actor cracked, “I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept.”

FX beat out ABC, FOX, NBC, and cable networks Comedy Central, TV Land, and USA Network among other for the series.

Denise Richards says that she regrets enhancing her breasts when she was still a teenager.

In a new iVillage blog entry about the healthy body image she tries to project for her daughters, the actress writes, “At 19 when I first got my breasts done, I wish that I was confident enough with my body to not have had surgery.”

On the subject of plastic surgery, Richards believes, “I honestly feel that it’s whatever makes a person feel good about themselves,” adding that she has no plans to have any additional work done.

Richards has two daughters, Sam and Lola, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

Earlier this year, she adopted a baby girl named Eloise.

Richards acknowledges that the realities of show business often seem at odds with her parenting instincts.

“I often times feel like a hypocrite with my daughters when trying to teach them to have a healthy view on beauty and body image,” she explains. “I’m in a business where looks and weight do matter.”

But, she adds, “When I exercise I never say I work out to stay thin – I always use the words healthy and strong. I don’t obsess about wearing makeup when I leave the house or looking a certain way.”

Richards tries not to let her professional commitments affect how her kids see themselves.

“My girls see me at work or getting ready for photo shoots and I’m sure at times it can be a confusing message to them when I’m being primped, dressed and fussed over,” she says. “I always explain it’s Mommy’s job.”

Although Charlie Sheen and “Two and a Half Men” creator Chuck Lorre reached a settlement yesterday in the lawsuit related to Sheen’s termination from the show, Lorre may not entirely be ready to put the matter behind him.

Last night, Lorre posted a vanity card at the end of the sitcom — now starring Ashton Kutcher – in which he alluded to the Sheen saga, saying, “Sometime last year I realized I had become the unwilling contestant in a reality show. I didn’t understand the rules, wasn’t sure if there even were any, and pretty much hated every second of it. For many months I kept hoping and praying that it would end. But it did not.”

Lorre further wrote, “Somewhere along the way, something inside me died. Anyway, now, suddenly, I’m being told that the reality show’s been cancelled. Apparently, it was just one of those things that somehow got out of control. Sorry. Whoops. Live and learn. Moving on. Game over.”

“There’s just one problem. That thing inside me that died? It walks at night. It’s angry. It’s hungry. And worst of all…it’s writing a tell-all book.”

Back in February, Sheen himself was reported to be shopping a book to publishers.

Charlie Sheen and Warner Bros. have settled the lawsuit related to his termination from “Two and a Half Men.”

“Warner Bros. Television, Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen have resolved their dispute to the parties’ mutual satisfaction,” reads the official statement.

It continues, “The pending lawsuit and arbitration will be dismissed as to all parties. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality over the terms of the settlement.”

As Gossip Cop reported last week, a deal between the two sides had been close.

Now it’s official.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed, but it’s believed Sheen will be paid roughly $25 million.

Sheen originally sought $100 million from executive producer Lorre and the studio behind the hit sitcom on which he starred for eight seasons.

The ninth season premiered to enormous ratings last Monday, with Ashton Kutcher joining the cast.

Ashton Kutcher and Charlie Sheen were both winners last night.

Kutcher’s debut on “Two and a Half Men” drew an audience of 27.8 million, a record for the show — more than any episode during Sheen’s eight-year reign.

But Sheen was a winner, too.

His Comedy Central roast last night had a record-breaking 6.4 million viewers, the most the cable network has ever had for its annual insult-fest. The term #SheenRoast and the names of some of the comics who skewered him were also trending topics on Twitter.

Charlie Sheen‘s roast on Comedy Central last night produced some extremely rough jokes (some of which Gossip Cop already highlighted), with everyone from Seth MacFarlane to Kate Walsh to Mike Tyson to Steve-O mocking the scandal-prone star.

The lineup blasted the actor’s history of drug abuse, escorts and violence, and Tyson even made time for some poetry.

Of course, Sheen took it all in stride.

Charlie Sheen and Warner Bros. are reportedly close to hammering out a deal to settle their legal issues.

Sheen, who began his legal battle with the studio after being fired from “Two and a Half Men,” will be paid approximately $25 million to settle his contract, reports the Los Angeles Times.

In the wake of Sheen’s partying, refusal to seek help, and publicly blasting Warner Bros. and “Two and a Half Men” creator Chuck Lorre this past spring, the studio canceled the remainder of last season. And following more of Sheen’s verbal attacks, Warner Bros. eventually fired him.

The highest paid actor on TV, Sheen was making $1.2 million an episode. For just the remaining eight episodes that were nixed last season, and the 24 shows he was supposed to have shot this season under his contract, Sheen would have earned $38.4 million — not to mention the millions more those 32 episodes would have generated in rerun residuals.

Whether it’s genuine contrition, growing up, or part of the settlement agreement, a humbled, more apologetic Sheen has emerged this past week.

Sheen admitted to Jay Leno on the “Tonight Show,” “I would have fired my a**, too,” and at the Emmys told the “Two and a Half Men” cast and crew, “From the bottom of my heart I wish you nothing but the best for this upcoming season.”

The new “Two and a Half Men” premieres tonight with Ashton Kutcher.

Worlds collided backstage at the Emmys tonight, as Ashton Kutcher and Charlie Sheen came face to face in a meeting of “Two and a Half Men” past and future.

The historic moment was captured by none other than Jeremy Piven, who posted the photo to Twitter.

Kutcher later tweeted, “@charliesheen good to meet you too. Wishing you the best on your new gig.”

Sheen, from his end, tweeted at Kutcher, “We’ll all be watching! Make us proud!!

Kutcher’s debut as Sheen’s replacement on the sitcom comes tomorrow night, and Sheen has nothing but warm wishes for the cast and crew.

Of course, the new, humble Sheen will be roasted on Comedy Central tomorrow night for his long list of past sins.

Charlie Sheen could reportedly make a “surprise appearance” at tomorrow night’s Emmy Awards – even though he’s not up for an award and was fired from “Two and a Half Men.”

The erstwhile sitcom star could possibly serve as an unannounced presenter, according to Deadline.

Gossip Cop is looking into the report.

Sheen has been everywhere this week, promoting his Comedy Central roast, which debuts on Monday.

His old “Two and a Half Men” colleague, Jon Cryer, is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series at the Emmy Awards.

Charlie Sheen dropped in on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” on Thursday to promote his upcoming Comedy Central roast and discuss his wild ride through 2011.

The former “Two and a Half Men” star actually sounded humble and reflective during his appearance, agreeing with Leno that he was “out of control” during last spring’s media frenzy and saying of his bosses’ decision to dump him, “I would have fired my ass, too.”

Sheen describes his catchphrase-laden interviews earlier this year as “a runaway train that I was the reluctant conductor of – and it just kept going.”

As for his “Two and a Half Men” replacement, Ashton Kutcher, Sheen is fully supportive. “It’s hard to give advice to a guy that accomplished… I would just give him a hug and just say, ‘Make me proud, dude.’”

Charlie Sheen was roasted Saturday night for a Comedy Central special that will air on September 19, and Gossip Cop has some of the jabs directed at the former “Two and a Half Men” star.

“Family Guy” creator and the evening’s Roast Master, Seth MacFarlane, first introduced Sheen, who came onstage as Slash jammed in the background [See VIDEO below].

MacFarlane then said that “Two and a Half Men” will soon have a funeral for Sheen’s character on the show, but noted, “You can just wait a couple months and see the real thing.”

MacFarlane next read an obituary he wrote about Sheen dying in his apartment, and cracked, “I kinda just copied Amy Winehouse’s obituary,” though he said he “had to change a few things… like calling [Sheen] a ‘talent who will be missed.’” [VIDEO below of MacFarlane's "obit."]

“Charlie, you claim to have ‘tiger blood,’” said MacFarlane, “but after all the porn stars you’ve banged, it’s probably Tiger Wood’s blood.”

Jeff Ross, who was on tour with Sheen, held no punches. The funnyman, dressed Muammar Gaddafi, joked, “Charlie if you’re ‘winning,’ something is wrong with the f**king scoreboard.” He added, “If you’re winning, this must not be a child custody hearing.”

Ross then said, “The only time your kids get to see you is in re-runs — don’t you want to live to see their first 12 steps?”

Jon Lovitz first cleared up that Sheen is “nothing like character he plays on TMZ.” He then jabbed, “How much blow can Charlie Sheen do? Enough to kill ‘Two and a Half Men.’” The former SNL star continued: “Charlie is still close to all his exes. Why he just took Brooke Mueller to Mexico where he banged her a** so hard three bags of coke fell out.”

Kate Walsh, not known as a comedienne, joked, “Charlie, you’re an incredible medical specimen, one of the benefits of waking up at the crack of crack.” She then zinged, “It’s amazing, after abusing your lungs, liver and kidneys, the only thing you’ve had removed is your kids.”

Comedian Anthony Jeselnik, whose humor can be very dark, referenced Sheen’s stint on “Spin City.” Jeselnik said, “The only reason you got on TV in the first place is because God hates Michael J. Fox.”

Steve-O said, “Charlie and I have a lot in common. We both love porn, we’ve each done a ton of drugs, and neither of us are actors.” He then directed to the roastee: “Your nose is like my a**, there’s nothing you won’t shove up there.”

William Shatner pointed out, “I’ve had sex in space with green women. You’ve had sex with blue women — because they couldn’t handle their drugs.”

Comedienne Amy Schumer cracked, “You’re just like Bruce Willis… You were big in the ’80s and now your old slot is being filled by Ashton Kutcher.”

Then it was time for Sheen’s rebuttal. And he came out swinging at the previous roasters.

The actor said, “Seth MacFarlane, dude to dude, what’s Comic-Con p**sy like?… Kate Walsh, I don’t know anybody who watches your show, because I date woman who can still get their period.”

“Jon Lovitz,” said Sheen, “just last week we chatted in the backyard and had a few laughs, then he got back on the mower and drove off.”

Sheen explained, “I asked William Shatner to be here because I needed some clean urine — I had to wring it out of the diaper, but it did its job.”

The star ended by saying, “Once again, I come out unscathed. You can’t hurt me… I did porn stars. I did drugs. Then I did the one thing everybody in America wishes he could do. I told my boss to f**k off… I’m done with ‘the winning’ because I’ve already won.”

Charlie Sheen is coming back to the big screen!

The former “Two and a Half Men” star will star in the indie film, A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III, with Jason Schwartzman, a rep confirms to Gossip Cop.

Sheen will play a successful graphic designer and ladies’ man whose life spirals out of control when his goddess, er, girlfriend breaks up with him.

Sheen is also starring in “Anger Management,” a new sitcom based loosely on the 2003 Adam Sandler-Jack Nicholson movie.
