UPDATE: 7:25PM -

The judge in Aspen signed an emergency order, allowing Charlie Sheen to have contact with his wife only while she remains in the hospital. However, should Brooke Mueller decide she doesn’t want to communicate with Sheen, he must cease contact immediately. The lawyers will meet with the judge tomorrow to discuss when the protective order hearing will take place since Mueller is still battling pneumonia.

Today comes word that the judge in the Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller domestic dispute case will hear the motion to modify the protection order Mueller has against Sheen earlier than expected. The new date is January 20, according to reports.
