Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller, has reportedly entered The Canyon, a rehab facility in Malibu. She checked in last Tuesday, according to a report. But what affect will this have on Charlie Sheen’s felony and misdemeanor charges?

Charlie Sheen was just charged with one count of felony menacing and two misdemeanors; one for assault, the other for criminal mischief.

In court the judge loosened the restrictions of the protective order, enabling Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller to once again be in contact.
