Gossip Cop can confirm that Jordan was with Sheen on Tuesday night and Wednesday, although she appears to have left on Wednesday afternoon, before Sheen took ill.

Charlie Sheen has just filed a lawsuit against Capri Anderson, the porn star who earlier today told “Good Morning America” that she feared for her life.

According to the lawsuit obtained by Gossip Cop, Anderson – born Christina Walsh – “fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted, battered and held against her will, and used that fictional story as a basis for an extortion plot against Sheen, threatening that if he did not pay her at least One Million Dollars, she would (i) go to the Aspen District Attorney with her false allegations, and (ii) seek to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale.”
