Britney Spears will unveil her Neil Lane-designed engagement ring tonight at around 7 p.m. PT at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, where she and fiance Jason Trawick will be staying in a special suite.

According to the tab, Lynne Spears spent nearly $80,000 on cosmetic surgery for her face and body, and now “Britney is jealous of the way her mom looks now and doesn’t like the constant comparison and compliments that all her staff give Lynne.” Seriously?
