A day after it was announced that Brooke Mueller would undergo outpatient rehab (at home), following her arrest for cocaine possession, Charlie Sheen’s ex has done an about-face.

In a statement to Gossip Cop, her rep says, “After further reflection and consideration, Brooke has decided to remove herself from the media spotlight and has entered a long-term in-patient treatment center where she can focus on her recovery without distraction. She has already arrived at the facility and, out of respect for her privacy, no further information will be released about her treatment. Brooke’s goal is to maintain her sobriety and she believes this is the best option to reach that goal.”

“Brooke will retain custody of the children, who will remain in their home and familiar surroundings and be under the care of their longtime nanny,” the statement goes on to read, adding, “Charlie and Brooke’s parents fully support her decision and everyone recognizes the importance of maintaining the children’s normal routine.”

Interestingly, Mueller’s decision to enter long-term in-patient rehab comes on the heels of Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin saying that a plea deal will not go down before or at her arraignment on December 19 in an Aspen court.

When Gossip Cop asked Mueller’s attorney Yale Galanter whether her checking into the in-patient rehab center was a legal maneuver in response to Mordkin’s no deal stance, we were told “no.”

Brooke Mueller is entering outpatient rehab following her arrest for cocaine possession, Gossip Cop has confirmed.

The regimen will entail random drug testing and round-the-clock supervision.

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife will be able to keep custody of their children under the arrangement.

In a statement to Gossip Cop, Mueller’s rep says, “Recognizing past attempts at treatment have not been successful, Brooke has decided to take a different approach to deal with her addiction. Brooke will be participating in a program during the day, and will be under expert supervision 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”

It continues, “In addition, Brooke has requested to be tested on a daily basis for cocaine and other illegal substances so there is no doubt as to her commitment.”

She’ll still have custody of sons Bob and Max.

“Brooke will retain custody of her children, both of whom will continue to remain at her home and be cared for by Brooke and their longtime nanny,” explains her rep, adding, “Charlie and Brooke’s family are all fully supportive of this decision and recognize the importance of maintaining the children’s normal routine.”

This isn’t Mueller’s first rehab experience.

Hopefully she finds the help she needs this time.

Brooke Mueller was arrested on suspicion of felony cocaine possession in Aspen, Colorado on Friday.

She was also booked on a misdemeanor assault offense after allegedly attacking another woman at a bar.

Mueller was released early Saturday on $11,000 bond.

She has a history in Pitkin County, where, over Christmas 2009, Mueller’s then-husband Charlie Sheen allegedly attacked her during a domestic dispute.

Earlier this year, Mueller attended her most recent of several stints in rehab for addiction to substances.

Charlie Sheen was roasted Saturday night for a Comedy Central special that will air on September 19, and Gossip Cop has some of the jabs directed at the former “Two and a Half Men” star.

“Family Guy” creator and the evening’s Roast Master, Seth MacFarlane, first introduced Sheen, who came onstage as Slash jammed in the background [See VIDEO below].

MacFarlane then said that “Two and a Half Men” will soon have a funeral for Sheen’s character on the show, but noted, “You can just wait a couple months and see the real thing.”

MacFarlane next read an obituary he wrote about Sheen dying in his apartment, and cracked, “I kinda just copied Amy Winehouse’s obituary,” though he said he “had to change a few things… like calling [Sheen] a ‘talent who will be missed.’” [VIDEO below of MacFarlane's "obit."]

“Charlie, you claim to have ‘tiger blood,’” said MacFarlane, “but after all the porn stars you’ve banged, it’s probably Tiger Wood’s blood.”

Jeff Ross, who was on tour with Sheen, held no punches. The funnyman, dressed Muammar Gaddafi, joked, “Charlie if you’re ‘winning,’ something is wrong with the f**king scoreboard.” He added, “If you’re winning, this must not be a child custody hearing.”

Ross then said, “The only time your kids get to see you is in re-runs — don’t you want to live to see their first 12 steps?”

Jon Lovitz first cleared up that Sheen is “nothing like character he plays on TMZ.” He then jabbed, “How much blow can Charlie Sheen do? Enough to kill ‘Two and a Half Men.’” The former SNL star continued: “Charlie is still close to all his exes. Why he just took Brooke Mueller to Mexico where he banged her a** so hard three bags of coke fell out.”

Kate Walsh, not known as a comedienne, joked, “Charlie, you’re an incredible medical specimen, one of the benefits of waking up at the crack of crack.” She then zinged, “It’s amazing, after abusing your lungs, liver and kidneys, the only thing you’ve had removed is your kids.”

Comedian Anthony Jeselnik, whose humor can be very dark, referenced Sheen’s stint on “Spin City.” Jeselnik said, “The only reason you got on TV in the first place is because God hates Michael J. Fox.”

Steve-O said, “Charlie and I have a lot in common. We both love porn, we’ve each done a ton of drugs, and neither of us are actors.” He then directed to the roastee: “Your nose is like my a**, there’s nothing you won’t shove up there.”

William Shatner pointed out, “I’ve had sex in space with green women. You’ve had sex with blue women — because they couldn’t handle their drugs.”

Comedienne Amy Schumer cracked, “You’re just like Bruce Willis… You were big in the ’80s and now your old slot is being filled by Ashton Kutcher.”

Then it was time for Sheen’s rebuttal. And he came out swinging at the previous roasters.

The actor said, “Seth MacFarlane, dude to dude, what’s Comic-Con p**sy like?… Kate Walsh, I don’t know anybody who watches your show, because I date woman who can still get their period.”

“Jon Lovitz,” said Sheen, “just last week we chatted in the backyard and had a few laughs, then he got back on the mower and drove off.”

Sheen explained, “I asked William Shatner to be here because I needed some clean urine — I had to wring it out of the diaper, but it did its job.”

The star ended by saying, “Once again, I come out unscathed. You can’t hurt me… I did porn stars. I did drugs. Then I did the one thing everybody in America wishes he could do. I told my boss to f**k off… I’m done with ‘the winning’ because I’ve already won.”

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller might be vacationing in Mexico, but the exes are reportedly not planning to reunite for good.

The erstwhile sitcom star and his ex-wife are just “good friends trying to be great parents,” says Sheen, according to TMZ.

Sheen and Mueller have two-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max.

The former couple are “working on mending the bridges, replanting scorched earth,” Sheen explains. “The goal is harmony.”

Mueller has been in and out of rehab this year and engaged in a custody battle with Sheen over their boys.

This week, at least, it looks like the pair have put that behind them.

Brooke Mueller got a judge to order that Warner Brothers send her $55,000 of Charlie Sheen‘s “Two and a Half Men” paycheck every month to satisfy his child support obligations.

Sheen is not said to be behind on his support payments for two-year-old twins Max and Bob, but Mueller has taken the preemptive measure to ensure she gets her money if the unemployed Sheen encounters financial problems down the road.

Sheen has no say in the matter, since a judge signed off on the decree.

Charlie Sheen is fighting yet another custody war.

The former “Two and a Half Men” star, who recently challenged Brooke Mueller over their twin boys, yesterday met with lawyers and Denise Richards to try to win weekend visits with their daughters Sam and Lola.

Richards’ camp was able to convince a judge that Sheen’s current circumstances would not be good for the children’s welfare.

It appears as though Sheen lost this round, and the issue will not go to court.

Richards remained focused on motherhood while her ex-husband Sheen’s career and life has spiraled in recent months. She even offered to care temporarily for the children he had with Mueller.

Charlie Sheen will definitely not be voting for Donald Trump should the real estate mogul and reality star seek the Republican Party nomination for president.

Last night, while performing his “Violent Torpedo of Truth” show at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida, Sheen was asked what he thought about Trump possibly running, and the former “Two and a Half Men” star told the crowd “why you shouldn’t” vote for Trump.

According to Sheen, when the actor was at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach some time back with Brooke Mueller, “The Apprentice” host knew the two were having problems and wanted Sheen to feel better, so he gave the star what he said were  platinum-and-diamond Harry Winston cufflinks worth $100,000.

Sheen told the audience that Trump then eyed his Patek Phillipe watch, but he wasn’t going to part with his pricey timepiece, considering Trump’s a billionaire, and, as Sheen noted, could buy the watch company if he wanted to.

Fast forward: When Sheen and Mueller were about to separate, the actor said he had an appraiser come to his home to look at all his valuables.

Sheen recalled the appraiser took a look at the platinum-and-diamond cufflinks and told him they weren’t platinum, they were “f’n tin,” and the diamonds were zirconias.

Sheen claimed the appraiser put Trump’s supposedly generous gift at “maybe worth $60.”

Oops.

Of course, there’s a history of bad blood between the two men.

Trump was quoted last month as having once told Mueller’s mom, Moira Fiore, a member of Mar-a-Lago, “You cannot let your daughter marry Charlie Sheen.”

Gossip Cop has reached out to Trump’s camp for a comment, but has yet to hear back.

Denise Richards, who has stayed mum on ex-husband Charlie Sheen throughout his unravelling, is finally talking.

“For me, it’s very sad to see him on this path,” Richards told Andy Cohen on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” last night.

“I’ve heard he’s chosen to use me in part of his tour [material], and that’s hurtful. But that’s his choice … He can do what he wants in his show.”

When asked about the actor’s sobriety, she replied, “I don’t know if he’s sober or not.”

Despite Sheen’s recent antics, however, Richards still maintains a relationship with the father of her two daughters, Sam and Lola.

“We’re not in the best place right now, to be honest with you. But I do still communicate with him,” Richards said.

Asked about Sheen’s “goddesses,” Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly, the Wild Things star said, “This is his lifestyle, and I’ve accepted it,” but added, “There’s things that I don’t think are the most appropriate for two young, impressionable daughters.”

Although she may not be keen on her girls spending time with the “goddesses,” Richards would love for her daughters to get to know their half-brothers Max and Bob, Sheen’s children with estranged wife Brooke Mueller.

Denise Richards has offered to take temporary custody of her ex-husband Charlie Sheen‘s twins with Brooke Mueller, a source close to the actress confirms to Gossip Cop.

Mueller currently has physical custody of the boys, Bob and Max, but Sheen is in court today in an attempt to seek full legal custody because Mueller has allegedly fallen off the wagon.

Richards offered to lend a hand with Sheen’s twins because he’s currently on the road with his “My Violent Torpedo of Truth” show.

Our source says Richards, the mother of Sheen’s daughters Sam and Lola, “offered to help until they [Mueller and Sheen] get their situation together.”

Richards has remained remarkably dignified throughout the entire Sheen saga, focusing on taking care of her children rather than getting involved in all of the media hoopla.

And her offer to Sheen shows tremendous humility and dedication as a mother, considering the former “Two and a Half Men” star recently blasted her on twitter as a “vile kidnapper” and a “dog thief.”

Charlie Sheen will reportedly seek full custody of his twins boys as Brooke Mueller is said to be back in rehab.

Sheen’s lawyer, Mark Gross, is going to court tomorrow in an attempt to strip Mueller of both legal and physical custody of sons Bob and Max on the grounds that she has relapsed, according to TMZ.

As part of their previous custody arrangement, Sheen and Mueller had agreed to be tested randomly for drugs three times a month.

If granted full custody, the former “Two and a Half Men” star will also reportedly try to have his $55,000 a month child support to Mueller terminated.

Donald Trump has a new guest: Charlie Sheen.

The professional loose cannon’s Violent Torpedo of Truth tour has hit New York, and Sheen has checked into the Trump International Hotel, Gossip Cop confirms.

Sheen, of course, has a famously combative relationship with hotel rooms.

What makes the Trump choice interesting is that the “Celebrity Apprentice” star is on the record with some pretty harsh comments about Sheen.

Trump once said he warned Moira Fiore, a member of his Palm Beach club, not to let her daughter, Brooke Mueller, marry Sheen.

“Charlie Sheen actually married the daughter of a member of mine from Palm Beach, the Mar-a-Lago Club,” the New York Post reported Trump as saying last month.

“And I told the member, ‘You cannot let your daughter marry Charlie Sheen… Don’t let your daughter marry this guy. It’s the wrong guy.’”

But there’s no real ill will between the two media magnets.

A source close to Trump tells Gossip Cop that while the real estate mogul doesn’t consider Sheen to be good “marriage material,” he has no problem with him as a paying guest.

Meanwhile, there’s been no word on whether Trump “admirer” Bill Cosby is also staying at the hotel this week.

Charlie Sheen, who was essentially booed off the stage in Detroit last night during the first performance of his “Violent Torpedo of Truth” tour, received a standing ovation before and (remarkably) after his show tonight in Chicago.

Shortly after taking the stage, Sheen asked the Chicago audience “not to become f**kin’ Detroit tonight. Let’s show Detroit how it’s f**kin’ done.”

While not necessarily a home run for the Major League star, the show was a marked improvement for Sheen.

The performance underwent several tweaks in the past 24 hours, including the addition of an interviewer who asked Sheen questions about his marriages, career, and yes, the “goddesses.”

When asked, for example, how many times he’s been married, Sheen cracked, ”7,000 – that’s why I’m broke.”

About Brooke Mueller, he called her a “kidnapper b***h.”

And following a question about why he used to pay for sex, Sheen answered, “Because I had millions to blow. I ran out of things to buy.”

Charlie Sheen may think he’s “winning,” but one thing he didn’t win was an invite to his sons Max and Bob‘s birthday bash at Paris Hilton‘s parents’ Bel Air estate.

Today is the twins’ birthday, but on Sunday the boys and their mom, Brooke Mueller, celebrated at Kathy and Rick Hilton‘s house with about 50 other guests, including Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend David Katzenberg, and “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof.

Most of the guests, though, we little ones who ran around the Hiltons’ bakyard and played in a big bounce castle.

Gossip Cop is told the Sheen boys scored lots of gifts.

Sounds like Max and Bob were the big WINNERS.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have reached a custody agreement that settles the dispute over their twin boys, and effectively ends Mueller’s pursuit of a retraining order against the actor.

Lawyers for the pair say the estranged couple has “reached an agreement that resolves their differences.”

According to the statement, details of the arrangement have been kept confidential for the benefit of their two-year-old sons, Max and Bob.

Mueller obtained a retraining order against the “Two and a Half Men” star after she claims he threatened her on a recent trip to the Bahamas. The couple was scheduled to go to court on the issue today; the hearing has since been canceled.

Police are raiding Charlie Sheen‘s house tonight, the Los Angeles Police Department confirms to Gossip Cop.

Gossip Cop has learned the reason behind the LAPD’s action.

According to the temporary restraining order taken out by Sheen’s estranged wife Brooke Mueller, the actor cannot possess firearms or ammunition.

Officers were dispatched to Sheen’s residence in a preplanned raid to search for weapons that violated this order.

Reports that Sheen might be subjected to a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold are not true.

The Charlie Sheen roller coaster that has transfixed America now features a new player – Paris Hilton.

During a taping of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” scheduled to air on Monday, Hilton tells the host that her upcoming reality series with Sheen’s estranged wife Brooke Mueller will feature some of the Sheen drama, from Mueller’s perspective.

“The World According to Paris” will debut this spring on Oxygen, and Mueller’s involvement has taken on new significance amid Sheen’s many controversies.

“You had no idea all this stuff [with Sheen] was going to be happening when you shot that,” DeGeneres says to Hilton, who replies, “Let’s just say there’s a lot of drama in the show.”

Hilton confirmed that they’re still shooting for the series.

“Oh, wow. So you’re capturing her side of all this stuff?” asks DeGeneres, to which Hilton nods her head, but refuses to offer specifics, only saying, “It’s a surprise… It’s really good. There’s a lot that happens.”

Charlie Sheen‘s custody deal with estranged wife Brooke Mueller appears to have been short-lived.

Just an hour after the troubled actor tweeted that he and Mueller “verbally reached a deal” to settle a dispute triggered when she obtained a restraining order against him on Monday, Mueller reportedly called it off because Sheen continues to talk to the media, according to TMZ.

Sheen’s interviews and tweets on the subject of the custody drama are said to violate their agreement.

It’s likely that the two parties will have to be in court on Monday to resolve what’s become an ugly fight over the couple’s twin toddlers.

Charlie Sheen allegedly threatened to kill Brooke Mueller and others, and referred to his Jewish manager as a “stoopid jew pig” in a text message, according to court documents Mueller filed to obtain a restraining order against Sheen.

Mueller makes a number of very disturbing claims about her estranged husband, among them:

*** Sheen allegedly threatened her, “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom!… If you are having this conversation taped, then consider it done!”

*** “[He] threatened to stab my eye with a pen knife, and spit on my feet. He also punched me in the arm,” alleges Mueller.

*** Sheen allegedly demanded that Mueller give him back child support money so that he could have untraceable funds to “knock off a few people” because “the people I hate violently are going to get severely punished.”

*** Mueller alleges that Sheen sent her a text message that read, “I must execute mark b like the stoopid jew pig that he is,” referring to his manager Mark Burg.

Mueller also says Sheen told other passengers on a flight to the Bahamas last month that he hated ex-wife Denise Richards “violently” and “was going to have her hair shaved off.”

Once in the Bahamas, Sheen allegedly shined a flashlight in Mueller’s eyes while yelling, “I’m untouchable! I’m Charlie Sheen! I’m more famous than Obama!”

Charlie Sheen was on the “Today Show” for the third day in a row, this time appealing to Brooke Mueller to tell him where their twin sons are.

Last night, as reported by Gossip Cop, police came to Sheen’s L.A. home and removed his boys, Max and Bob, from his house after Mueller obtained a restraining order, having claimed the “Two and a Half Men” star threatened her life and that she feared for her safety.

This morning, talking once again to NBC’s Jeff Rossen, Sheen said, “At this moment, I do not know where my children are.”

He also denied that he had threatened Mueller’s life, and noted that while he lives an unconventional life, “There’s nothing to hide… There’s nothing but love and compassion and absolute support for these amazing children.”

Since Sheen is prevented from coming within 100 yards of Mueller because of the restraining order, he appealed to her via the “Today Show.”

Looking at the camera, Sheen said, “Brooke, I’m sorry that you felt this had to be done in this way, but this does not display any responsible parenting in anything that I’m familiar with. I think that cooler and smarter and leveler heads can prevail, and I urge you to reach out to me immediately, if not sooner, and tell me where our sons are.”

Sheen vows to fight for his kids’ return. He said, “If anybody thought my focus was [previously] directed in a radical capacity, that’s going to seem like child’s play.”

Charlie Sheen‘s twin boys, Max and Bob, were taken by the police on Tuesday night from the star’s home after Brooke Mueller was granted a temporary restraining order against him.

Earlier in the day, Mueller got an L.A Superior Court judge to sign off on a restraining order, having claimed in papers that Sheen threatened her and that she was afraid for her own safety.

The order requires Sheen to stay at least 100 yards from Mueller.

And even though the twins were removed from Sheen’s home, which he’s now sharing with his two live-in”goddesses,” Natalie Kenly and Rachel Oberlin (aka Bree Olson), Mueller will only spend a few hours a day with the boys because she’s currently in an outpatient rehab program.

In response to Max and Bob being taken from his home, Twitter newbie Sheen tweeted, “My sons’ are fine… My path is now clear… Defeat is not an option..!”

Round Two will undoubtedly begin tomorrow.

Charlie Sheen‘s estranged wife Brooke Mueller has moved back in with him – but it’s only a temporary arrangement.

Mueller has taken Sheen up on his offer to buy her a multimillion dollar house in Mulholland Estates, the gated community where he resides, so that he can be closer to his toddler twins Max and Bob.

While Sheen has made an offer on the home, the purchase of the nearby house is not yet a done deal.

Sheen’s estranged wife and his boys are staying with him until (what they hope is) their new place is ready.

Mueller maintains that she and the “Two and a Half Men” star are just friends, and that the move is in the interest of their sons.

RadarOnline must really want to post anything having to do with Charlie Sheen, because the site is now publishing rumors about his estranged wife Brooke Mueller.

Mueller is “in talks to become a contestant on the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars,” claims Radar.

A so-called “source” tells the site, “Brooke’s agent and Dancing‘s producers are in talks about her competing on the show,” although “no formal offer has been made yet.”

Uh huh.

Well, the reason there’s been no “formal offer” is because there have been no informal discussions.

Gossip Cop investigated the Mueller report, and we’ve been told by people in the know, “Don’t count on it.”

A rep for the show said, “We do not comment on casting rumors.”

Sheen’s ex-wife, Denise Richards, competed on the eighth season of the show.

Charlie Sheen had a pretty rough week, first winding up in the hospital, then in rehab.

His hit show “Two and a Half Men” will be on hiatus, but more importantly: What’s going on with his four young children while all of this drama unfolds?

Ex-wife Denise Richards, who was with Sheen during his last big meltdown and visited him in the hospital this week, has been forced again to shield their daughters Sam, 6, and Lola, 7, against a media frenzy.

She seems determined to keep the chaos away from her family.

At the height of yesterday’s firestorm, Richards tweeted, “I love how certain media outlets say my ‘friends’ are speaking to the press.. all B.S. Nothing has been discussed this is a private matter.”

Sheen is still an active part of his daughters’ lives. He was on his way to visit the girls last month when rumors that he’d died in an accident spread like wildfire.

The actor’s twin toddler sons Max and Bob, meanwhile, are with their mother, Brooke Mueller, who is in the midst of divorcing Sheen. Yesterday, the boys were spotted on a stroll with Mueller’s nanny.

Hopefully the tumult surrounding Sheen doesn’t disrupt what seem to be stable, happy lives for his children.

It would be nice if neither Sheen’s behavior – nor the media’s response – reached them.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have filed for divorce.

The couple will get joint legal custody of their twin boys. Mueller will keep primary physical custody, and Sheen will have visitation rights.

They hammered out custody arrangements and the division of property with a settlement signed last May.

Mueller will receive $55,000 in monthly child support, in line with the money Sheen already pays ex-wife Denise Richards to support the two children he has with her.

Last week, Mueller told paparazzi that she and Sheen were separated.

Brooke Mueller told paparazzi she and husband Charlie Sheen are “separated.”

When asked about Sheen’s recent trouble and whether she was worried he might be cheating on her, Mueller responded, “Charlie can do whatever he wants… We’re separated.”

Sheen had a tumultuous week after going on a violent, naked rampage at The Plaza hotel in New York after a boozy dinner with ex-wife Denise Richards and porn star Capri Anderson.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Anderson plans to pursue Sheen legally.

One would think, with just a few days left to being under probation for the Christmas Day incident with his estranged wife Brooke Mueller, the timing couldn’t be worse for Charlie Sheen, who was found drunk and naked by the police in a New York City hotel.

But oddly, it actually couldn’t be better timing.

Arnold Mordkin, the chief deputy district attorney in the Aspen county where Sheen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault in August, says, “It isn’t the charge that is a probation violation, it’s the commission of a crime.”

He adds that if Sheen “got charged and convicted, then it would be a different story. But he’s on probation for eight more days,” which isn’t enough time for a criminal case to be heard and decided on in court.

Mordkin, the prosecutor in Sheen’s domestic abuse case, further notes, “We do not go around trying to find violations… We’re in Aspen, Colorado. We’re not in New York. We don’t have a force to investigate what happened in New York.”
