Brandi Glanville Responds to Petition: Thanks For Giving Me More Attention

Brandi Glanville says she’s grateful for the petition calling for her to be fired from “Real Housewives” — because it gives her more attention.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, the fan-started plea to Bravo recently picked up steam, and has now doubled its amount of signatures since yesterday to more than 2,700.

A petition calling on Bravo to kick Brandi Glanville off “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is gaining steam.

More than 1,300 supporters have signed the document, which says the reality star’s “distasteful and offensive comments” are “hurtful” and “repulsive beyond the point of entertainment or ‘good TV,’”.

“Look Out, LeAnn & Eddie: Brandi Glanville Getting Her Own Reality Show, Too!” blares a headline on E! Online.

According to the site, “The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star will start shooting her own Bravo show in the next few weeks.”

E! Online goes on to a quote a source as saying Glanville’s spinoff “isn’t about [her] kids. It’s a break-up-and-get-over-it-show.”

It’s NOT true.

Kathy Griffin to Host New Talk Show

Kathy Griffin will launch a weekly talk show this spring on Bravo.

According to the network, the hour-long “Kathy” will feature the Emmy winner’s “thoughts on everything pop culture as she rants on the week’s biggest headlines and tabloid gossip.”

The show will also “feature stand-up routines, celebrity interviews and taped segments.”

There’s no set premiere date yet.

Ryan Seacrest Being Sued By Woman Who Appears on His Show Shahs of Sunset


Ryan Seacrest is being sued by a woman who’s set to appear on his upcoming Bravo show, “Shahs of Sunset.”

On Thursday, Kathy Salem filed a lawsuit in L.A. Superior Court in an effort to stop Bravo from airing her scenes on the the reality show, which has been described as a Persian “Jersey Shore.”

The basic premise is that the show follows the lives of a few wealthy Iranians living in L.A.

According to Salem’s complaint, she was “forced” to play the role of the “bad girl” at a filmed party and was publicly humiliated. She’s now seeking an injunction against the airing of the footage and $100,000 in damages.
