Brandon Davis was arrested for battery and drug possession last night in Hollywood after allegedly erratic behavior led to violence.

The oil heir allegedly punched comic Ben Gleib in the face at the Roosevelt Hotel, and cops who arrived on the scene found drugs on Davis.

He was reportedly booked on felony possession of a controlled substance, along with a battery charge.

Jason Davis was arrested last night for possession of a controlled substance.

The “Celebrity Rehab” alum was busted at 10:30 p.m. PST in Newport Beach, California, at the home he shares with “Hills” star and fellow celebrity rehabber Jason Wahler.

Gossip Cop has learned that the substance was heroin, and that cops were tipped off by a family member.
