The singer, her husband Jay-Z, and Blue Ivy went to Sant Ambroeus in New York on Saturday.

The baby was all bundled up to help brave the chilly temperatures, and also keep her out of the paparazzi’s view.

The superstar couple has filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark their daughter’s name.

Their request comes after at least two other people sought to profit off of Blue Ivy’s name in the days immediately following her birth.

It reads, “Hello Hello Baby Blue! We are happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, born on Saturday, January 7, 2012.”

“Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven,” say the couple.
