“Raymond vs. Raymond,” the new album from Usher, has knocked his sixteen-year-old protege Justin Bieber from the top spot on this week’s Billboard chart.

Usher’s third number one album sold 329,000 copies, while Bieber’s “My World 2.0″ fell to second place with 290,000. Bieber shouldn’t feel too badly, though. That total is actually up from last week, when “My World 2.0″ debuted at #1.
