“Back at work today since surgery,” tweeted the TV personality. Excited to be on set of @ENews. I’ve missed my 2nd family (co-workers and you guys!!!) #thankful.”

Giuliana Rancic underwent successful double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery on Tuesday.

The E! television personality is “doing really well,” her husband, Bill, tells the network, adding, “Her surgery lasted about four hours and the doctors were very pleased with the result.”

He says, “She had a little bit of pain through the night but is feeling much better this morning and was cracking jokes.”

The E! correspondent’s husband was among the dozens of celebrities who tweeted their support after she revealed on Monday that she has breast cancer.

He wrote, ”Thank you for all your love and support today. G is reading all your messages. She will win this fight, I PROMISE, and be back better than ever.”

Giuliana Rancic has revealed that she has breast cancer.

The red carpet host and reality star shared the news this morning on the “Today Show” while discussing her attempts to start a family with husband Bill Rancic through in-vitro fertilization.

“Through my attempt to get pregnant for the third time, we sadly found out that I have early stages of breast cancer,” said Rancic. “It’s been a shock. A lot of people have been asking, ‘We saw that you went and got IVF, are you pregnant?’ But sadly, we’ve had to put that off.”
