Biggie Smalls PBS The X Factor Tupac Shakur

Hackers on the PBS website posted a fake story tonight claiming deceased rapper Tupac Shakur was alive and living in New Zealand.

The same bogus report said the late hip-hop star Biggie Smalls was also residing in the country.

Shortly after publication, the fake story was removed.

The investigation into Notorious B.I.G.’s murder is heating up nearly 14 years after the rapper was shot and killed in Los Angeles.

A task force including the FBI, the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is now pursuing a “reinvigorated” case, according to CNN.
