MediaTakeOut has returned to a favorite subject and further earns its well-deserved nickname of “Media Fake Out.”

The site, having already wrongly declared Beyonce pregnant, now insists that a “VERY WELL PLACED source” has given them another major “WORD (sic) EXCLUSIVE!!” about the performer.

According to MediaTakeOut, she will soon “drop her father Mathe (sic) Knowles’ management company” and “in its pace (sic), she’s set to hire her husband Jay Z and his newly formed management company.”

Beyonce and her dad are supposedly “drifting apart,” and the site’s source claims “the separation will FINALIZE this year.”

When the dust settles, “Jay Z and his team will operate as [Beyonce's] management,” explains the so-called “insider.”

Wow, that would be an amazing “exclusive” — if it had even an ounce of accuracy!

Unfortunately, once again lost in a fog of extra exclamation points, shoddy spelling and excessive capitalization, MediaTakeOut forgot all about the facts.

It’s “total b.s.” a rep for Beyonce tells Gossip Cop.

“TWI-HARD TRAVESTY! Are They Going To Turn ‘Breaking Dawn’ Into A Musical?” asks HollywoodLife, which itself is becoming a travesty.

The site then questions, “Would you be shocked! dismayed! sick to your stomach! if the Twilight crew broke out in song for their final films?”

Uh, oh…

So, how did HollywoodLife come up with this ridiculous notion?

Simply, it took yesterday’s news that the top pick to direct Breaking Dawn is Bill Condon, and the fact that he directed “Dreamgirls,” and came up with this off-key premise.

Of course, HollywoodLife’s proposition is like saying New Moon could have easily turned into a comedy with Robert Pattinson playing multiple parts, because that film was directed by Chris Weitz, who wrote Nutty Professor II: The Klumps.

Not leaving bad enough alone, the site then took a cheap shot by saying “Condon worked beautifully with singer-actor Beyonce Knowles and Jennifer Hudson, but working with characters like Edward Cullen and Bella Swan is, we’d say, entirely different.”

Of course, nothing like this should surprise us anymore when it comes to “Twilight” and HollywoodLife. Remember, this is the same site that criticized Kristen Stewart for going to a Haiti benefit – twice.

“Justin Bieber, Are You Really Getting a $200K Ferrari for Your Sweet Sixteenth Birthday?” asks the question-able HollywoodLife, which then adds, “The 15-year-old is so lucky that, not only does he count Justin Timberlake, Usher, Rihanna and Beyonce Knowles among his pals, but he may even be getting a super sweet ride for his sweet sixteenth birthday.”

Based solely on a picture of Justin Bieber behind the wheel of a Ferrari in Miami over Super Bowl weekend, the site — which recently declared “New Couple Alert” about Ron Livingston and his wife Rosemarie DeWitt – is merely guessing that the teen singer may get the sweet wheels for his sweet 16.

And while HollywoodLife poses questions, once again, Gossip Cop answers them.

NO.

Bieber is NOT getting a $200,000 Ferrari for his birthday, which is two and half weeks away.

His rep called the HollywoodLife report, “completely off base.”

In an item about Beyonce and her hubby, Perez Hilton writes, “Mr and Mrs Jay-Z are making their bond stronger by merging their last names… The two-some will now be known as Shawn Knowles-Carter and Beyonce Knowles-Carter.”

Channeling a Brit, Perez claims, “They want to keep Knowles because Bey’s parents didn’t have any sons and they’re keen to keep the name going strong, especially if they don’t produce any sprogs themselves. Or if they end up just having girls.”

He ends with “How sweet!”

And…

How wrong!

An insider, who knows the couple – as opposed to someone who spends his day cutting and pasting British tabloids like the Daily Star – tells Gossip Knowles-Cop, it’s “not true.”

Maybe the Mirror’s “3am” column should get a little more sleep because their facts are a little blurry about Zac Efron partying in London the other night.

According to the tab, the “High School Musical” star was a on “four-hour booze bender” after the premiere of his new film, “Me & Orson Welles.”

The paper claims that at the film’s after-party, held at a Hawaiian-themed club called Kanaloa, Efron got “a round of rum shots” for his co-stars and then footed the bill for some $165-a-pop concoctions called the “Treasure Chest,” which the paper describes as “a potent brew of peach schnapps and brandy, topped with a bottle of bubbly.”

Reportedly all liquored up, Efron allegedly “grabbed a Hawaiian lei garland, flung it around his neck, jumped up on the bamboo tables and started busting his moves to Beyonce and the Beach Boys.” Added a so-called source, “He was having a great time and was the life and soul of the party.”

We’d say we’re sorry that we missed it, but it actually NEVER happened. A source, who was with Efron at the after-party, tells Gossip Cop that the star, jet-lagged from flying in earlier that day, hung out a little bit with his director Richard Linklater and co-stars Claire Danes and Christian McKay, but “left early” – no bender, no booty shaking.

And Efron’s rep confirms to Gossip Cop that the story was “completely made up,” and that her client called it a night after a short stay at the club because he had to get up early the next day for press interviews.

Sorry, tabs, but we’d had to call this “High School Musical: Sober Year.”

Whoa! MediaTakeOut – or MediaFakeOut as some call it – ran with a screaming headline, “Explosive Allegation: Jay Z‘s Former Friend Suggests That [he] Engaged in Homosexual Acts!!!”

According to MediaTakeOut, which also posted a videotaped rant from the past pal, rapper Jaz O, “Jay’s former friend appears to be saying that Jay is involved in some kind of GAY SECRET SOCIETY.”

Because Gossip Cop doesn’t print expletives, we can’t really publish too much of what Jaz O said, but we will report that he also used the ever classy hand signal of sticking his right index finger into his rounded left hand, and noted Jay-Z’s “involved in that play.”

Additionally, Jaz O makes some sort of other nonsensical claim that Jay Z lets people “feel him up.”

Forget how outrageous the allegations are about the man who put a ring on it with Beyonce. We’re sure legal types will address that.

The question is why did MediaTakeOut even publish this story and post the video? Unfortunately, we don’t know because our request for a comment from MediaTakeOut went unanswered.

But we know exactly how Russell Simmons feels about it. Simmons, the legendary founder of Def Jam – the label that Jay Z ran – told Gossip Cop the story is “bad reporting. So stupid.” He added, “That’s ridiculous. Misery loves company,” and felt “it’s sad people writing sad stuff for short-term relief, but then that again promotes long-term sadness.”

The allegations, the reporting – all truly sad (and wrong).

Beyonce, who cancelled a performance in Malaysia two years ago amidst protests by Islamic groups over her sexually provocative outfits and demeanor, was slated to hit the stage at a Kuala Lumpur stadium on October 25, but once again she will not be performing in the mostly Muslim nation.

Officially, concert organizers are saying the concert is being “postponed,” and was “solely [the] decision of the artist and has nothing to do with other external reasons.”

However, there was a lot of external pressure, especially from the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party, which had voiced its disproval a month ago when it stated, “We are not against entertainment as long as it is within the framework of our culture and our religion… We are against Western sexy performances.”

In the past, Western performers like Avril Lavigne and Gwen Stefani have covered up their bodies, so as not to offend the nation’s Muslim majority.

Gossip Cop is not holding its breath over a rescheduled concert date.

The National Enquirer reports that Beyonce is on the verge of firing her manager … who also happens to be her dad.

Amid allegations he had an extramarital relationship that’s resulted in a paternity suit, Matthew Knowles has supposedly angered his superstar daughter enough for her to consider cutting ties.

A supposed “source” tells the Enquirer “the Grammy-winning singer believes it might be time to separate him from her professional life.” “Beyonce says a big part of being successful and happy is being focused,” the “source” continued, “And she can’t do that when she has to deal with her father’s antics.”

So is Beyonce really planning to can him?

A rep for Beyonce tells Gossip Cop, “we haven’t heard a thing about that yet.” And while we aren’t sure how delicate this is, we’re a bit skeptical that Beyonce plans to fire her dad.

In a piece headlined in all caps, the site claims “BEY’S TELL ALL!!! BEYONCE AGREES TO GO ON OPRAH … DISCUSS HER PARENTS MARRIAGE … AND WHY SHE AND KELLY DON’T SPEAK!!!”

“If you though (sic) Oprah’s interview with Whitney Houston was big — get ready for this one,” reports MediaTakeOut, which claims it has “just learned that Beyonce Knowles has agreed to sit down for an hour-long interview with Oprah.”

“According to an EXTREMELY reliable source,” says the site, “Beyonce has agreed to talk about EVERYTHING.”

Everything? Like what? Well, MediaTakeOut’s “EXTREMELY reliable” source says, “Beyonce will talk about her parents relationship – including her father’s other [alleged] women. And that she’ll talk about what really happened with Destiny’s Child – including why she and Kelly Rowland barely talk anymore.”

How about Jay-Z?

“She won’t get to in depth about her [marriage] to Jay Z,” says the “EXTREMELY reliable” source, “But she will discuss their plans for children.”

That’s incredible, except for one teensy weensy detail – the “EXTREMELY reliable” source is EXTREMELY wrong.

Beyonce’s rep tells Gossip Cop, “Beyonce is not booked for Oprah.” Oops.

Well, three days ago she tweeted gal pal Samantha Ronson a note saying “off to another country.” And now she’s emerged in Singapore. Why? Lindsay Lohan has been tapped as a last-minute replacement (for Pussy Cat Doll Nicole Scherzinger) to host three days of concerts there, featuring Beyonce, the Black Eyed Peas and No Doubt. It all coincides with the Singapore Grand Prix.

The performances, beginning tonight and running through Saturday, will also include ZZ Top, Simple Minds and N.E.R.D. And not only is Lohan a music fan, but she said she also grooves on Formula One. “I like fast cars,” Lohan told reporters, adding, “I studied NASCAR for almost a year for Herbie. It was very hot inside those cars.”

By the way, no need for Lohan to tweet Ronson her whereabouts anymore. Samantha has joined her in Singapore.

“Bootylicious” buzz shot through the Internet this afternoon with a report that Destiny’s Child would reunite.

News of the World sparked the excitement with a story announcing that “Destiny’s Child have finally confirmed that they’re getting back together.” The source was none other than group member Michelle Williams, whom the paper quoted as supposedly saying, “It will definitely happen. We’re sisters, we love each other and we want to work on the future of Destiny’s Child,” referring to fellow members Beyonce Knowles and Kelly Rowland.

News of the World, of course, has recently given us such gems as the Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens engagement (not true) and gay Sherlock Holmes (not true), so it might make sense to check their reporting, right? Not to Perez “Scoop” Hilton and the others who picked up the story and bolted to their keyboards!

So it came as no surprise when Williams debunked the whole thing on Twitter, explaining, “I never said DC is getting back together. Just bcuz I said we love each other and are sisters….they took that quote and ran with it! Sorry :(“

We’re sorry Williams had to correct a rumor that Hilton and everyone else spread without checking, and even though she cleared things up by Tweeting, as a destination for accurate celebrity news, Gossip Cop thought we’d help by posting here.

Gossip Cop was shocked even more than Julius and Ethel Rosenberg when we saw that venerable Chicago Sun-Times columnist Bill Zwecker repeated a made up story even after Gossip Cop had already corrected it.

The offense in question was a piece in which Zwecker included a few fabricated quotes about Jennifer Lopez’s birthday party. Zwecker noted, “People like Gayle King, Beyonce, Rihanna or Madonna aren’t used to having their cell phones or Blackberrys confiscated at the door.” Well, as Gossip Cop had already set the record straight, Beyonce, Rihanna and Madonna weren’t even at the bash! Madonna’s rep joked, “Would she have even been invited to a Jennifer Lopez party in the first place?” She added that at the time of the party, “Madonna was in Spain – as was her phone.”

According to several websites, including Hollyscoop, “Madonna was just one of many A-listers who had her cell phone confiscated at J. Lo’s 40^th birthday bash.”

The story also lists Rihanna and Beyonce Knowles among the guests “forced to hand over their mobile phones and any cameras before they were allowed into New York’s Hotel Griffou to celebrate with Jennifer.” ImNotObsessed.com observed that “the strict rules angered some partygoers.”

Here’s who should be angry: Jennifer Lopez. Not only didn’t Jenny block calls or cameras – but none of those stars were even at the Hotel Griffou, where she had a small private dinner with her family.
