Lindsay Lohan will reportedly not be prosecuted for her alleged altercation with former Betty Ford Center staffer Dawn Holland last December.

Holland claimed that Lohan became physically and verbally abusive with her in the early morning hours of December 12 in a satellite house on the Ford premises, where Holland worked as chemical dependency technician.

Lindsay Lohan got some bling for getting clean.

The actress, fresh out of rehab at the Betty Ford Center, received a nice gift from friend and jewelry designer Pascal Mouawad.

Mouawad, who is behind Nicole Richie’s House of Harlowe line, gave Lohan a 10-carat diamond Rosette necklace valued at about $25,000.

Police officials reportedly believe Lindsay Lohan was under the influence of drugs or alcohol while in rehab at the Betty Ford Center.

The Palm Desert Police Department suspects the actress committed probation violations besides her alleged battery of Ford staffer Dawn Holland, including a supposed refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test, according to TMZ.

Lindsay Lohan could go back to jail if a court determines that last month’s physical altercation with Betty Ford Center staffer Dawn Holland violated the terms of her probation.

The Riverside County District Attorney is reportedly pursuing the matter because law enforcement officials believe Lohan committed battery, even though Holland dropped her case.

Under the terms of her probation, Lohan could land back in jail if she failed to obey all laws.

Lindsay Lohan has left rehab at the Betty Ford Center, according to People.com.

Shortly after noon today, RadarOnline reported that the actress had already departed, but the site and other outlets were wrong. Lohan was still at the treatment facility.

Lohan told Gossip Cop in an exclusive statement, “I didn’t leave [rehab],” adding “[I'm] going to the gym.” She reportedly left hours later.

The actress exited the Betty Ford Center earlier today after three months of treatment, says RadarOnline.

Gossip Cop is working to confirm whether Lohan has actually left.

We have established, however, that a TMZ report claiming Lohan could extend her rehab stay until the weekend is not true.

Lindsay Lohan is slated to leave rehab today.

TMZ, however, is reporting that Lohan is going to stay at the Betty Ford Center until Saturday in an effort to receive more treatment.

But a source close to the actress tells Gossip Cop that the reported Saturday exit day is “wrong.”
