Bernie Mac’s widow has filed a wrongful death suit against the doctor who was caring for the comedian shortly before he died in 2008.
Rhonda McCullough, Mac’s wife of more than 30 years, claims his longtime dermatologist failed to recognize the star was in respiratory failure, and didn’t send him from a clinic to a hospital in a timely fashion, sparking a chain of events that ultimately led to his death a few weeks later.
