Barry Bonds Sentenced to House Arrest, Probation for Obstruction of Justice

Barry Bonds was sentenced to 30 days of house arrest and two years’ probation on Friday for giving misleading grand jury testimony during a 2003 federal investigation into performance-enhancing drug use among baseball players.
He was also fined $4,000.
Baseball’s all-time home run leader was convicted of felony obstruction of justice last April.
