Brittany Taltos, who appeared with her twin sister Erica on “Bachelor Pad 3″ and “Jersey Shore,” had her head run over by a truck on Sunday.

The freak accident — which could have been a lot worse — happened after Taltos fell asleep while sunbathing at her Gainesville, Florida home.

A friend, not seeing Taltos, backed his Chevy Silverado through the yard — and right onto her head.
