Fidel Herrera Beltran, the governor of the Mexican Gulf coast state of Veracruz, claims Mel Gibson will be spending time in the Ignacio Allende prison there come next year.

OK, fine… Gibson, according to Governor Herrera, is making a film in the Veracruz prison.
