“90210″ beauty AnnaLynne McCord has a brand new Twitter account and a big heart.

The actress just joined Twitter earlier today, and Gossip Cop has confirmed with her representative that although it hasn’t yet been officially verified, @IAMannalynnemcc is the real deal.

McCord’s first Tweets have asked followers to step up and help Haiti, which she visited three weeks ago while volunteering with the organization Artists for Peace and Justice.
