Despite promising to not “talk about this case ever again,” the judge who presided over the 2007 battle for Anna Nicole Smith’s remains believes authorities should start a new investigation into the star’s death.
In “The Killing of Anna Nicole Smith,” which will hit bookstores tomorrow, Larry Seidlin says he thinks Smith was the victim of manslaughter.

BREAKING!Anna Nicole Smith’s three-and-a-half year old daughter Dannielynn isn’t through fighting.
Lawyers for her late mother’s estate have filed legal papers with the federal appeals court that rejected their claim for part of Smith’s late husband’s considerable fortune, according to a report.

BREAKING!A federal appeals court has ruled that the estate of Anna Nicole Smith is not entitled to the $300 million the late actress and Playboy Playmate claimed her late tycoon husband had intended to give her.
Oil magnate J. Howard Marshall wed Smith shortly before his 1995 death. He had a fortune estimated at $1.6 billion, which quickly became the subject of legal wrangling between Marshall’s children and his widow.
Today, after years of court battles, it appears Smith’s estate will receive nothing.

Just five days after Anna Nicole Smith’s son Daniel died from an accidental drug death, one of her doctors prescribed, what the pharmacist termed, “pharmaceutical suicide.”
So what exactly did Smith’s doctor try to get her? 300 tablets of methadone, two different kinds of sedatives, an anti-inflammatory drug, a muscle relaxer, and four bottles of a painkiller that’s known as “heroin hospital.”
The pharmacist, who refused to fill the prescriptions, thought, “They are going to kill her with this.” But that’s not all.
