BREAKING!A jury has just convicted Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroschevich in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case.
The legal proceedings concerned alleged funneling of prescription medications to Smith before her 2007 accidental overdose death.
Stern, who was Smith’s lawyer and boyfriend, was found guilty for giving false names and acting by fraud to obtain prescriptions.
He was acquitted of 7 other charges and remains free pending an appeal.
