Andy Dick has been ordered to stand trial on felony sexual abuse charges.

The case involves allegations that the actor-comedian grabbed a bouncer’s crotch and kissed a male patron at a Huntington, West Virginia bar in January 2010.

Today, Judge Paul Farrell set Dick’s trial for January 17.

Dick must also submit to a standard urine test for drugs, and will be jailed if he shows up for September’s pre-trial hearing under the influence.

Andy Dick is being sued for allegedly rubbing his genitals on a comedy club patron’s face last December.

Robert Tucker claims Dick was dressed in drag (a skirt and wig) during his act when he walked into the crowd and approached Tucker.

According to the lawsuit, Dick then “pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact that he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt.”

Andy Dick was arrested for disorderly conduct at a restaurant in Temecula, Calif. last night. Police were called to Marie Callender’s after reports that Dick was causing a disturbance in the bar.

According to a sheriff’s statement, the comedian and recovering addict was under the influence of alcohol and was unable to care for his own safety.

UPDATED: Andy Dick was arrested this morning in West Virginia on two felony counts of sexual abuse. Dick, who has had other scrapes with the law, is accused of groping the genitals of a bar employee and another male patron at a place called Rum Runners.
