Ferrera will exec produce an interactive TV and Web show, “Pedro & Maria,” that’s being touted as a “bilingual, modern-day version of ‘Romeo & Juliet.’” The audience will vote (via the Web) on the show’s direction. Will you be watching?

“How to Train Your Dragon” won the box office title this weekend with $43.3 million in ticket sales. The film took down “Alice in Wonderland,” which won each of its first three weekends after release. The Johnny Depp 3D extravaganza slipped to second place with $17.3 million.

The show starring America Ferrera will end after its fourth season.

The current season will be abbreviated to 20 episodes, with a series finale due sometime in April.
