The Michigan couple who tried to extort $680,000 from John Stamos was slapped with sentences of four years (each) in prison today.

Allison Coss and Scott Sippola were convicted in July of conspiracy and using e-mail to threaten a person’s reputation after trying to get Stamos to cough up nearly $700,000 in cash in exchange for them not selling photos of him with strippers and cocaine to the tabloids.

Both the FBI and Stamos maintained those photos never existed. Do you think they got what they deserve?

Hours after a 24-year-old woman and another defendant were found guilty of conspiracy for trying to extort nearly $700,000 from John Stamos, the actor took to Twitter to applaud the verdict and slam the duo.

A a 24-year-old woman who claimed she had compromising photos of John Stamos was convicted moments ago for conspiracy and using e-mail to threaten a person’s reputation.

Coss, who met Stamos in 2004 when she was a high school student, alleged they had a rendezvous that included strippers and cocaine.

John Stamos is fighting back claims that he had a rendezvous with a 17-year-old girl in 2004.

Allison Coss, now 24, maintains she met Stamos while on a spring break in Florida, and that the actor invited her and her friends to his hotel room, where strippers allegedly later showed up with cocaine. But Stamos tells a different story.
