Nicolas Cage got released from jail earlier today, thanks to Duane “Dog” Chapman and his wife Beth of “Dog: The Bounty Hunter” fame.

The stars of the A&E reality show posted Cage’s $11,000 bond after the actor was arrested this morning in New Orleans for domestic abuse.

A&E Networks has canceled ‘The Kennedys,’ a miniseries about the famed political family starring Katie Holmes as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Greg Kinnear as President John F. Kennedy.

Already finished, the TV eight-parter was scheduled to air on the History Channel before A&E surprisingly pulled the plug, reportedly under political pressure.
