We’re not really sure why a Bill O’Reilly producer named Jesse Watters is so eager to get “Jersey Shore” star Snooki on “The O’Reilly Factor,” but apparently he refuses to take “no” for an answer.

The star of “Jersey Shore” is set to publish her first novel, tentatively titled ‘A Shore Thing,’ in early 2011, Simon & Schuster announced on Wednesday.

It will “revolve around a girl looking for love on the boardwalk (one full of big hair, dark tans, and fights galore,” according to the publisher’s statement.
