Super Bowl XLVI was the most-watched network broadcast in television history, according to updated Nielsen ratings.

The close contest between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants delivered 111.3 million viewers to edge last year’s total of 111 million.

Meanwhile, “The Voice” has something to sing about, too.

Judging by celebrity tweets, Hollywood approved heartily of Madonna’s Super Bowl halftime show.

With some exceptions (we’re lookin’ at you, Piers Morgan), celebrities on Twitter raved about the Queen of Pop’s performance, which included old hits like “Like A Prayer” and her latest single, “Give Me All Your Luvin’.”
