The woman who claims she was roughed up by Johnny Depp’s bodyguards at a December concert has filed a lawsuit against the actor.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, the 52-year-old woman claimed she was in her VIP seats at an Iggy Pop concert at L.A.’s Palladium on December 1 when Depp’s bodyguards allegedly manhandled her.

Johnny Depp‘s bodyguards allegedly roughed up a middle-aged woman named Robyn Ecker at an Iggy Pop concert in L.A. on Thursday.

According to Ecker’s police report, she and her husband had seats next to Depp, and while dancing at the concert — which was a birthday gift to her husband — the 52-year-old woman invaded the actor’s space.

That’s when Depp’s bodyguards grabbed her arms and wrestled her to the ground, says Ecker.
