HollywoodLife now suggests that Pattinson’s next professional commitments could create a crisis in his relationship with Stewart.

Lacking inside information or shame, Jay Penske’s webloid spent the last two months trying to prop up a fake narrative in which Pattinson’s professional decision to shoot The Rover in Australia was twisted into a personal change in his relationship with Stewart.

It all came crashing down this week.

The magazine, legendary for its misguided reporting on the couple, claims the Twilight stars had discussed an elopement before their rocky period last year, and might be on course for it once again.

“Kristen squealed when she heard Rob say [he wants to elope],” a so-called “friend” of Pattinson tells the tabloid. “She feared their days were numbered.”

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s level of fame is “tragic,” Twilight author Stephenie Meyer says in a new interview.

Speaking with London’s Sunday Times magazine, the novelist discusses how the wildly successful film series propelled its two leads to superstardom — for better and worse.

“Here’s the thing: there are some actors who are looking to be world famous, to be that household name, and although they might discover that there are a lot of negative things involved in that, it’s what they want,” says Meyer.

She continues, “But that doesn’t apply to Kristen and Rob. That’s what makes it kind of ironic and tragic.”

Kristen Stewart has a big surprise for Robert Pattinson when he gets back from shooting The Rover in Australia, reveals OK! magazine, the same publication that thinks the couple is currently raising a child together.

According to the tabloid’s insider, “Kristen’s got a very special night planned for Rob when he gets back.”

“She wants to surprise him by waiting in the backseat of a limo at the airport,” explains the OK! source, adding, “It’s rare for celeb couples to do that because it doubles the chances of a security issue. So he’ll be really surprised when he gets in that limo!”

Except HollywoodLife felt the need to add a bogus “exclusive” angle to the story, quoting a “source” as speculating that Stewart would “fly out there” anyway.

Now the blog is — surprise! — saying the exact opposite.

On Thursday, Jay Penske’s amateurish webloid, which has misled readers about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart for years, picked up an In Touch story that claims the actor is essentially “shutting Kristen out” as he films The Rover in Australia.
