The Kardashians have just filed a lawsuit against their late father’s wife, Ellen Pearson, for selling his diaries and personal photos to the tabloids.

As Gossip Cop has previously reported, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe have repeatedly blasted Pearson — who married Robert Kardashian just two months before his death  in 2003 — for providing In Touch and Life & Style with source material for a series of sensationalized cover stories.

The Kardashian family marked on Twitter Friday what would have been Robert Kardashian‘s 69th birthday.

Kim, Khloe, and Rob, plus Kardashian’s ex-wife Kris Jenner, all posted personal photos and remembrances of their late lawyer father, who died of esophageal cancer in 2003.

“A Mother’s Darkest Secrets EXPOSED!” blares a cover from In Touch, which alleges Kris Jenner was “abusive” to her children when they were young.

The mag cites purported journals by the late Robert Kardashian, provided by his ex, Ellen, who just last week falsely and ridiculously claimed Robert had said his daughter Khloe was not a Kardashian.

The National Enquirer reports that Khloe Kardashian is set to have a “prison showdown” with O.J. Simpson.

The tab says the reality star “has been secretly speaking” with Simpson in jail, begging him to reveal whether or not he’s her “real dad.”

You read that correctly.

The jailed and disgraced football legend supposedly told “an insider” for the tabloid that Kardashian is his daughter, following an alleged tryst with Kris Jenner in 1983.

“KHLOE IS NOT A KARDASHIAN!” blares a so-called “world exclusive” from Star, which claims the reality star’s late father, Robert Kardashian, “didn’t believe she was his daughter.”

According to Jan Ashley, who was briefly married to the lawyer after he and Kris Jenner divorced, “Robert never believed Khloe was his biological daughter because Kris cheated on him during the time Khloe… was conceived.”

Whoa… seriously?
