Rima Fakih, the first Arab-American to be crowned Miss USA, pleaded no contest to drunk driving on Wednesday, stemming from a 2011 arrest.

According to the police, when Fakih was picked up last December in Highland Park, Michigan, her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit, and she was driving erratically while speeding at 60 miles per hour in a 30 miles-per-hour zone.

Fakih faces up to 93 days behind bars.

Former Miss USA Rima Fakih was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving Saturday morning in Highland Park, Michigan.

While the police have yet to publicly comment on Fakih’s arrest, sources say her blood alcohol level was a .20, which is more than twice the legal limit.
