Milla Jovovich Paul W. S. Anderson Resident Evil: Retribution Wendy Drummond

While shooting a scene at 7:54 a.m. on Tuesday at Cinespace Film Studios in Toronto, 16 actors and crew members were injured on the set of Paul W. S. Anderson’s Resident Evil: Retribution 3D, the fifth installment of the franchise that stars Milla Jovovich.

Toronto Police spokeswoman Wendy Drummond explained to Gossip Cop that as a number of actors, whose names have yet to be released, were moving one platform to another, the first stage — which was on wheels — “pushed back,” causing some of the actors to fall down in between the two platforms.
