The singer just released his new track, “Turn To You,” which he said he recorded in honor of his mom, Pattie Mallette.

Justin Bieber’s mom, Pattie Mallette, will spill about her life in a new book.

“Nowhere But Up: The Story of Justin Bieber’s Mom” will be released on September 18, complete with a foreword by Mallette’s superstar son.

The memoir will cover the “trauma, abuse and addiction that marked her early childhood and young adult years,” including Mallette’s suicide attempt at 17.

Despite having just released the Christmas album, “Under the Mistletoe,” Justin Bieber never believed in Santa Claus.

He says his mom, Pattie Mallette, “always told me there wasn’t a Santa.”

He explains, “This was her logic: She thought if I grew up knowing about Santa then finding out he wasn’t real, that it would be like she was lying to me.”

According to the mag, Bieber’s “driving privileges shifted into neutral” after he splurged on a $160,000 custom-made Range Rover, “with a souped-up Cosworth engine, custom paint job and sound system worth tens of thousands of dollars.”

At least, that’s the best explanation we can offer for why the Internet exploded over the last couple of days with speculation that the performer’s mom, Pattie Lynn Mallette, was set to pose for Playboy.
