Court: Rihanna and Chris Brown Can Hang Out Again

Chris Brown no longer has to keep his distance from Rihanna.

Today, Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg eased Brown’s restraining order after Rihanna’s attorney said the singer didn’t object to having the stay-away order removed.

Previously, Brown had to stay a minimum of 50 yards away from the singer following his assault of his then-girlfriend back in 2009.

Chris Brown will not tour with Usher despite widespread rumors in recent weeks that the two performers would team up on stage.

Both sides now say a joint tour will not happen.

Brown’s contractual commitment with Live Nation is cited as a major reason for a deal not coming together. Live Nation would not “loan” out Brown’s services for Usher’s tour, according to music industry sources.
