Niall Horan says a widely circulating picture purporting to show him naked in the shower is a fake.

The photo making the rounds shows a man showering (from the side, and from just below the waist up), and many social media users spread the rumor that it was the One Direction singer in the shot.

But Horan himself has struck down the speculation on Twitter.

“Harry Styles is recording his own songs and hopes to release a solo album,” reads a headline from The Mirror.

According to the tabloid, the One Direction member “has co-written several of the numbers” for his supposed “solo album,” and “has worked on early versions of the songs during visits to the renowned Paramount recording studio in Hollywood.”

“Harry Styles Gun Threat” blares the headline of a Daily Star story, which claims the “terrified” One Direction singer “has demanded military-style security after a string of attacks by crazed fans.”

According to the British tabloid, Styles “fears he could even become the target of a gun maniac when the band tours the US in June.”

Liam Payne is slamming rumors that he wants to leave One Direction for the sake of his love life.

The Daily Star claimed on Sunday that the “love-sick” singer is “set to quit” his wildly successful band “because he can’t stand being away from his girlfriend,” Danielle Peazer.

The tabloid goes on to quote Payne as supposedly saying, “If it’s between the band and her, I’ll choose her.”
