Republican presidential contender Newt Gingrich is being sued for using the band Survivor’s song “Eye of the Tiger” at political and campaign events.
The 1982 tune is best known as the theme from Rocky III.
Rude Music, Inc. filed the suit in federal court in Illinois on Monday.

The actor and reality TV star revealed the news during a holiday party in Washington, D.C. on Saturday.
“I’ve never met Newt but I know what he stands for,” Busey told The Hill.
