Last week, Sinanaj had claimed she was three months into her pregnancy.

But on Tuesday, the hotel employee changed her tune, stating, “I’m NOT pregnant.”

Myla Sinanaj, the reportedly pregnant ex-girlfriend of Kris Humphries, is ending her legal battle against the NBA player.

The hotel employee, who quietly dated Humphries for several months after he and Kim Kardashian split, had been prepping a defamation lawsuit against her ex after his camp accused her of attempting to extort him.

But Sinanaj has now parted ways with her lawyer, Joe Tacopina, and is calling off the litigation, apparently hoping to reconcile with Humphries, a source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop.

Sinanaj supposedly confirmed that she’s three months into her pregnancy earlier this week, according to TMZ.

The site claims the hotel employee has told people Humphries is the father.
