Miley Cyrus made her second trip this year to help in Haiti, and she tells the country’s president, Michel Martelly and a roomful of children in the video below, “I hope I can come back soon.”

And then everyone sang “Party in the USA.”

Wyclef Jean was shot last night in Haiti on the eve of the country’s runoff elections.

The singer and one-time candidate was struck in his right hand, and is “doing well,” says his rep.

Jean was taken to a local hospital, and has since been released.
