Matthew Fox is no longer being sued by Heather Bormann, the Cleveland bus driver who alleged he punched her in the groin last August.

Bormann, who sought more than $25,000 in damages for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, has quietly withdrawn her suit.

Matthew Fox was arrested for DUI on Friday in Oregon, law enforcement sources confirm to Gossip Cop.

The “Lost” star was taken into custody at approximately 3:30 a.m. and released later in the day.

Fox lives in Bend, Oregon with his family.

Matthew Fox, who was recently sued by bus driver Heather Bormann, for allegedly punching her in the vagina, is countersuing her.

Fox maintains Bormann is lying about the August incident, and that it was she who began the fight.

Matthew Fox is being sued by the woman who claims he punched her in the vagina in Cleveland last month.

Heather Bormann, who was driving a party bus on August 28 when Fox allegedly demanded a ride to his hotel, has filed a lawsuit that says the “Lost” star hit her “with his fists, delivering sudden and severe blows to her right breast, groin, arms and legs, inflicting severe, disabling injury.”

She’s seeking more than $25,000 in damages for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Matthew Fox was detained by police after a woman accused him of punching her in the “crotch and breast” outside a bar in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday.

The “Lost” actor allegedly attempted to get on a party bus where he wasn’t a guest and asked to be taken to his hotel, according to the assault report.

When the female driver, identified as Heather Bormann, blocked him, Fox allegedly hit her in the chest and below the belt.

An Oregon stripper named Stefani Talbott told In Touch that she slept with “Lost” star Matthew Fox on two occasions, first in July and then again last December. Gossip Cop is told the stripper was paid for the In Touch article. For that reason and others, we’re skeptical of the tale told by the stripper who acknowledged she “needed the money.”
