Amy Winehouse was “freaked out” by the success of fellow British singer Adele, according to The Village Voice.

The paper quotes Winehouse’s longtime pal and producer Mark Ronson as saying she was in a “bad state” before her death last summer.

“I think that the Adele thing had Amy freaked out. She liked her, but Adele’s success was making Amy feel upset, competitive, restless,” Ronson supposedly said.

A new album of Amy Winehouse songs will be released on December 5, the late singer’s label announced on Monday.

Island Records said “Lioness: Hidden Treasures” will feature 12 songs, consisting of unreleased tracks and different versions of existing songs by Winehouse, who died in July at her London home.

Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell tied the knot in front of 30 guests on Sunday at London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall, and Gossip Cop has all the details on the star-studded reception.

The party, which took place at McCartney’s home in North London, began with a champagne toast and was attended by 120 guests, including Ringo Starr, Barbara Walters (Shevell’s second cousin), Kate Moss, iconic ’60′s supermodel Twiggy, Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, and Olivia Harrison, the widow of George Harrison.

Mark Ronson and Josephine de la Baume were married today in the south of France.

The music producer, dressed in a candy-striped suit, and his actress-model bride, wearing a custom Zac Posen gown, wed in Aix de Provence, near her hometown.

Attendees included Kate Moss (herself a newlywed), Sean Lennon and Lily Allen.

Family, friends and music execs said goodbye to Amy Winehouse in North London today, where the singer was remembered in a private funeral before being cremated.

Approximately 150 people attended the service at Edgwarebury Cemetery, including close associates like Kelly Osbourne and Mark Ronson, as well as Winehouse’s boyfriend Reg Traviss.

Amy Winehouse has been laid to rest.

Producer Mark Ronson and her good friend Kelly Osbourne, wearing her hair piled up in a beehive like Winehouse’s, attended the burial at Edgwarebury Cemetery in north London.

The service at the cemetery was reportedly to be followed by a cremation and a family gathering at a synagogue.
