While in Washington, D.C., for Saturday’s BET Honors, the couple stopped by the National Mall to visit the recently unveiled Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial.

Nick Cannon has been released from the hospital, Gossip Cop can confirm.

The “America’s Got Talent” host, who was suffering from mild kidney failure, “was released over the weekend to be with his family,” says his rep in a statement.

Nick Cannon, still ailing from kidney failure, will continue to receive medical care in Los Angeles.

“Currently being transfered [sic] to a hospital in LA,” he tweeted late Wednesday afternoon.

Cannon was originally being treated in Aspen, Colorado, where he and wife Mariah Carey were vacationing with their kids.
