The actress filed a lawsuit on Monday in Nassau County Supreme Court in New York over a commercial E-Trade debuted during the Super Bowl that features a "milkaholic" tot named "Lindsay." In the advertisement, a baby boy is video chatting with his girlfriend and apologizes for not calling her the previous night. "And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?" she asks, prompting a baby girl to lean into the frame and exclaim, "Milk-a-what?" Lohan claims the slurry, home wrecking baby is modeled on her.
