Will Ferrell and other investors have lost an $18 million arbitration case against JPMorgan Chase.

The group must pay $634,500 in legal fees, a penalty and hearing costs.

Ferrell, his wife Viveca Paulin, business manager Matt Lichtenberg and a trust for fellow funnyman Larry David filed the case in 2008.

They claimed that JPMorgan had made “unauthorized and unsuitable” purchases of preferred securities for their accounts.
