Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are officially divorced.

A judgment was entered on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, finally legally dissolving their 72-day marriage.

The former couple had called it quits back in October 2011, and reached a settlement this April after Humphries had spent more than a year unsuccessfully angling for an annulment.

Kim Kardashian reportedly sat for a secret deposition on Tuesday as her ugly split from Kris Humphries moves toward its May trial date.

During a nine-hour meeting at the offices of Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser, the reality star is said to have sworn under oath that she accepted Humphries’ proposal and married him in 2011 in good faith, according to TMZ.

The site reports that Humphries did not attend the deposition.

On Friday, Judge Scott Gordon of Los Angeles County Superior Court set a May 6 trial date, despite the objections of Humphries’ legal camp.

The NBA player has attempted to delay divorce proceedings since the former couple’s October 2011 split, attempting to gain an annulment on the grounds that his 72-day marriage to Kardashian was allegedly fraudulent.
