Kelly Rutherford of “Gossip Girl” is accused of stiffing the private eye she hired to spy on her ex-husband, Daniel Giersch, according to a new lawsuit filed by the investigator.

The actress spied on Giersch in 2010, in the midst of the couple’s ugly split.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Edward Banach claims Rutherford owes him $86,249.85 for services rendered, but that the star only paid him $28,214.35.

Kim Kardashian took her week-long birthday celebration to New York last night. After marking her 30th with a big bash in Las Vegas on Friday, Kardashian jet back to New York, where she celebrated her milestone birthday at Tao, which was celebrating its 10th anniversary. Among those joining Kardashian at Tao in New York last night were Ciara, “Housewives” Jill Zarin and NeNe Leakes, “Gossip Girl” star Kelly Rutherford, and Adrian Grenier, who was getting his groove on.
