Camille Grammer filed for primary custody today for her and Kelsey Grammer’s two kids, confirms a rep for the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star to Gossip Cop.

Camille’s filing comes less than a month after the “Frasier” star sought sole physical custody of the kids.

Kelsey Grammer is fighting for physical custody of the two children he has with ex-wife Camille Grammer.

The “Frasier” star formally filed papers today in L.A. County Superior Court.

He’s asking for joint legal – but sole physical – custody of the kids, who currently live in Los Angeles with their mother. The actor is now in Chicago.

The couple wed at the Longacre Theater on Broadway before a big reception at the Plaza Hotel.

It isn’t every day that a star gets married in midtown Manhattan, and the event caused quite a stir.

The couple went to jeweler Aaron Basha on Wednesday, where Walsh picked out accessories for her big day. Grammer’s fiancee told store employees, “I’m getting married in a couple weeks and I want something blue!”
