In Touch claims in this week’s issue that as Britney Spears’ conservatorship is reportedly drawing to a close, “She’s fired the security team she blames for many of her recent problems.”

Referring to the sexual harassment suit filed by Spears’ former bodyguard Fernando Flores, which the singer is fighting, a so-called “insider” tells In Touch, “Britney felt the old guys knew too much about her baggage from the past… She wants to create a new, confident, independent Britney – and doesn’t want anyone around who remembers what she was like before.” Did she really fire her security staff?

A former nanny for Britney Spears is suing the pop star for unpaid wages.

Ferial Zaltash alleges that Spears hired her as a personal assistant and nanny in September 2007, but that she quit after only a month. She claims that Spears owes her $35,202 for services rendered and another $19,940 in penalties.

Britney Spears is fighting allegations that she sexually harassed a former bodyguard and abused her children.

A statement was posted to the pop star’s official site early Thursday:

“This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.”

A bodyguard is reportedly filing a lawsuit that claims Britney Spears sexually harassed him and abused her children.

Fernando Flores says Spears made “repeated unwanted sexual advances” by exposing herself in front of him, according to a suit TMZ claims Los Angeles County Superior Court will process on Wednesday.

He also asserts that the pop star twice “savagely hit” her son Preston with Flores’ belt.

A man who once worked as a bodyguard for Britney Spears has made some startling allegations about the pop singer’s treatment of her kids.

Fernando Flores has accused Spears of abusing her two sons, Sean and Jayden, reports The Sun.

According to the paper, Flores alleges Spears “beat one with a belt and gave both food they were allergic to – making them violently ill.” What?!
