Having already pretended to have a scoop about the star giving birth weeks before it actually happened, OK! now sets about tearing down Simpson, declaring that she’s in the midst of a “Baby Meltdown.”

Jessica Simpson is officially a new mom!

The singer and fiancé Eric Johnson welcomed a baby girl, named Maxwell Drew Johnson, on Tuesday in Los Angeles, Gossip Cop confirms.

This is the first child for both Simpson and Johnson.

The reality-challenged tabloid reports that the couple tied the knot after dinner with friends and family at their Beverly Hills house sometime “last month.”

A so-called “insider” alleges that after guests had finished eating, Simpson “surprised everyone by changing into a flowing white caftan and starting the ceremony.”

Her alleged illness is “definitely putting a damper on Jess’ pregnancy,” reports the tabloid, which says Simpson’s been suffering from nausea “all day, every day.”

The Star insider claims, “She’s upset that she’s been so sick. She feels like this should be the best time of her life.”
